After booking: 4 steps to your finished merch store
You do 2 short tasks: send your logo and invite us to your Fourthwall team. Then we build your store, you check it and publish it. Each step shows you where to click.

Step 1 · You
Send your logo
Email your logo or character to office@teddynews.at. A PNG with a transparent background is best. If you only have a photo or a JPG, we cut out the design for you.
A PNG with a transparent background is ideal; any other image works too. -
Step 2 · You
Invite us to your Fourthwall team

- Open your Fourthwall dashboard: admin.fourthwall.com ↗
- Click Settings on the left, then Team.
- Click Invite member.
- Under Email address, enter: stofftierelindner@gmail.com
- Under Select a role, choose Manager.
- Click Invite.
Why “Manager”? According to Fourthwall, managers can set everything up but cannot add or remove super admins or change payout details.

Step 3 · We
We build your store within 14 days of your logo and invitation
- Starter: your logo on 4 products (sticker, T-shirt, hoodie, mug), 5 cm on the left chest on clothing, 5 cm on the front of the mug, plus a collection and a discount code for your fans.
- Business: everything in Starter plus shop design, up to 10 products, a series or download, link page, YouTube badges and help with the YouTube shelf.
All products and the collection start as Hidden: they do not appear in your store until you publish them. We email you once everything is ready.
If you chose “Now” at checkout, we start right away. Otherwise we start after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
The left chest is the wearer’s left side, so it appears on the right in the picture. -
Step 4 · You
Check and publish
- In your Fourthwall dashboard, click Products on the left.
- Open a product and check the image, name and price.
- Click Hidden at the top.
- Choose Public: “Listed in your shop. Anyone can find and buy the product.”
- Click Save. Repeat this for each product.
- Click Collections at the top, open the collection and publish it the same way: Hidden, Public, Save.
Done: your fans can now find the products in your store. You can remove us from your team at any time under Settings › Team.

Common questions after booking
Can you access my payouts?
No. According to Fourthwall, managers cannot change payout details or add or remove super admins.
I don’t have a Fourthwall store yet. What now?
Create one for free ↗, then continue with step 2.
How long does it take?
At most 14 days after we have your logo and invitation. If you chose “Now” at checkout we start right away, otherwise after the 14-day withdrawal period.
